Strombecker 1/24 Scale Dirt Track Racer. Perhaps the nicest and most desireable slotcar Strombecker ever made, from 1966. Body is molded in butterscotch. All parts appear to be present on this nicely built car. Chrome has some wear in spots, noteably around the exhaust pipes and rear bumper mostly. The body has a stress mark in the top center, above the screw post area. Tires are not the originals. Missing the guide flag and wipers. Driver seat is painted black. Windshield is just press fitted into place without glue. Wheel hubs are painted silver over the chrome for a more realistic look. Gear mesh feels a little rough, possibly just needing some crown gear set-screw adjustment. Twelve volt motor. This car has never seen track time. Includes photocopy of the original instruction sheet. Would make an outstanding display item. Price $750.00 |

Cox 1/24 Ford GT, for restoration. Nice magnesium chassis all original except for silicone rear tires on aluminum wheels. Body needs work by constructing a new front body mounting post which is currently gone (body is not currently attached to chassis). Cut right front wheel well, no front or right glass, no right headlight glass, no rear exhaust chrome piece. Decals are rough. Price $70.00 |
Strombecker 1/24th scale track lot. This used track lot contains eleven straights and nine 1/8 circle curves. Each straight is one foot long. All of this versatile but hard to find 1/24 scale track is about 9.25" wide so you can run 1/24 or 1/32 cars on it. A few of the pieces have some broken pieces on the end joining tabs but the pieces were tested and still fit together fine when the track is joined. One of the curves has a small broken section out of one end of the track surface, but it could still be used as is or easily filled in to repair it. Price for this lot is $180.00 |
Strombecker 1/32 Scale Track Here is a selection of Strombecker 1/32 track in usable condition. Only 1 piece of some items available: 1) LeMans starter track. This piece has some rust pitted into the rails but can still be used, either as is or by layering over with track tape. Hard to find piece. Only 1 available. Price $12.00 2) Terminal straight track. This piece has a crack down the center for about 1/2 of it's length, and a bit of brown paint on one end as shown. This one is actually marked Bachmann Supertrax, but connects with Strombecker track perfectly. Only 1 piece available. Price $7.00 3) Strombecker jump track. This piece has rather heavy rust pitting but can still be used as is or by layering over with track tape. Very unusual piece. Only 1 piece available. Price $10.00 4) Strombecker single lane S bend track. Sold as a pair. Only 1 pair available. These are also commonly used for lane changers. Price $14.00 5) Strombecker 12" single lane straights. These have a bit of light brown paint on one end. Price $7.00 each. 4 pieces available. 6) Strombecker change lane straight. Only 1 piece available. Price $3.00 7) Strombecker 12" straight track. Have 20 pieces available, one of which has center holes in it from formerly being a lap counter straight. Some have some light rust pitting but are usable. Price $2.50 each. 8) Strombecker chicane squeeze straight tracks. Only 2 pieces available, one of which has a 2 inch crack near the middle of one side. These have some rust in spots, but are usable. One piece would benefit by being covered with track tape. Price $6.00 for the pair. 9) Strombecker 60 degree curves. Currently have 14 pieces available. Some have small amounts of brown paint on them and light rust, but are usable. Price $2.25 each. 10) Strombecker controller. These controllers have speed gauges at one end in miles per hour. Sold out. 11) Strombecker guard rails. Currently have 14 white ones available and 11 yellow ones. Price $1.50 each. |

Strombecker figures, used, set of 8 as shown. The figures are about 2.25" tall. One figure is missing it's base, and three of the figures have breaks in the molded plastic hose material.
